We endorse Brandon Saario, a candidate with good ideas, good judgment and the courage to stand up against political pressure. Too many people in city government are part of the problem, and it’s time for a change. Click here for the full article.
"I'm pleased to endorse Brandon Saario for Los Angeles City Council District 12. Brandon has shown passion and commitment to making sure that as a member of the Los Angeles City Council, he will prioritize public safety, affordability, and find long-term solutions for homelessness. Now more than ever, we need an outsider like Brandon who refuses to be bought and paid for, and chooses to fight for safer neighborhoods, stronger businesses, and making the district more affordable."
"At the April 27th Meeting of the Southern California Republican Women and Men, all four Republican candidates in the June 4 primary election for Los Angeles City Council District 12 were present and made 4-minute statements to the members and guests. Members then cast ballots, and by a decisive majority chose Brandon Saario as the best candidate to put up against the Democrat competition. We recommend that all Republicans in this district rally around Brandon in order to ensure at least one Republican in the Top 2, with a shot at the office in the General."
I was born and raised in North Hills/Granada Hills and love it for its peaceful residential lifestyle where I can see raising a family. It’s special because we can still have big backyards, orange trees on every corner, horse stables, and beautiful areas like O’Melveny Park in Granada Hills.
I'm running for City Council in District 12 (Chatsworth, Granada Hills, North Hills, Northridge, Porter Ranch, Sherwood Forest, West Hills, and parts of Canoga Park and Reseda) because I'm fed up with politicians ignoring the needs of their constituents. Public safety, homelessness, traffic and our beautiful neighborhoods are all priorities, yet we see City Hall focusing on banning straws while council members are currently being investigated for corruption. We need to fight every day to make sure our streets are safe, that businesses can thrive, and make sure we are again the family-friendly Valley I grew up in!
We need to elect people from the community and not career public officials or politicians who have been a part of the problem.
With my good friend, Richard Grenell, U.S. Ambassador to Germany
